Cuba Health Assist provides international healthcare coordination and consultancy services. We collect only the information required to review requests, coordinate medical evaluation, communicate with patients and manage related service processes.
Information we may collect
- Contact details such as name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number and country.
- Patient identification information where required for medical coordination.
- Medical documents, diagnostic summaries, treatment history and supporting reports uploaded by the patient or applicant.
- Payment, invoice and case-status information related to the requested coordination service.
How information is used
Information is used to open and manage a case, communicate with the applicant, coordinate with authorized healthcare institutions, prepare service documentation, process payments and provide follow-up support.
Sharing and security
Medical information may be shared with relevant hospitals, doctors, laboratories, translators, logistics providers or authorized internal staff only when required for the service requested by the patient. We apply administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to limit access to sensitive information.

Privacy-preserving website analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand visits, page views, active reading time, approximate country, language, device category, browser, referral source and standard UTM campaign information. The analytics system does not read form fields and does not collect medical documents, application details, payment information or raw IP addresses. Medical application, payment, authentication and portal routes are excluded. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Pseudonymous analytics records are retained for up to 13 months.
